I got this laptop (MSI GL672 6QF) a month ago and so far it's been working wonderfully. Though, in the past couple of days the computer has Bluescreened twice. The first time was a couple of nights ago, and the cause was ntoskrnl.exe (with the code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). This happened while I was watching an HD Youtube video. The second one occurred at 6AM today after unplugging my Logitech Dual Action controller after a couple of hours of gaming. The cause was netwtw04.sys (with the code DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL), which is the Intel Wireless Card driver. I have not been rough with this laptop so I don't know what the cause might be. The driver version is 18.40.0.12, which was installed on the laptop already. The computer wasn't overheating or anything like that. There are also no symptoms, both crashes just randomly happened. I can link the .DMP files if necessary.
I've also noticed Event 7001 and 7002 in Event Viewer that pertained to the Network Card Driver ('The description for Event ID 7001 from source Netwtw04 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.') Along with several WHEA Event 17 errors on the 1st and 3rd ('A corrected hardware error has occurred. Component: PCI Express Root Port. Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express). Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1C:0x0. Vendor ID:Device ID: 0x8086:0xA110. Class Code: 0x30400.') I don't know if those errors have anything to do with it but might as well list them just to be safe.
The only software I've installed recently was some definitions updates for Windows Defender, Bethesda.net launcher, and the Skyrim SSE Creation Kit.
Any help is appreciated! :)
