I've tried the obvious: I installed FNIS through Mod Organizer, added it as an executable in the Data tab, and ran it from inside Mod Organizer after activating the plugins that use it. I didn't get that glitch where the animations freeze up, but it didn't play the modded animations either; it just played the regular ones. I have a couple different animations mods going and according to MO they don't conflict.
I'm on v1.0.11 of MO and v4.1.1 of FNIS. Maybe I should try older versions?

Heads up: I'm new to modding, so my problem may look silly to alot of you veteran modders here.
Cirrus audio driver windows 7. Alot of people recommended that I use mod organizer instead of the nexus mod manager, so I did.
Watched a couple of youtube videos, and I've gotten modorg working with a few mods (SKYUI, RaceMenu, apachiiskyhair, etc) but I still can't get it to directly install from the nexus, so I have to download my mods manually).

So I see alot of mods require FINIS. I try to get it up and running, but I get a 'no game data on top level' message. The readme.txt and nexus page isn't much help either.

Do I have to install it manually? And how do I do that?
